The Obyte app is a mobile client designed for the Obyte network. It grants users access to a variety of features offered by the platform:

• Store, send, and receive Bytes - the cryptocurrency utilized for storage payments within the Obyte network.
• Easily send/receive Bytes using the app's integrated chat function.
• Utilize textcoins to send/receive Bytes through various chat applications including iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc., or via email, even if the recipient does not possess an Obyte wallet yet.
• Employ smart contracts to ensure secure transactions; funds are released to the recipient only if predefined conditions are met.
• Verify and securely store your real-world identity in your wallet; selectively disclose your private data to chosen parties and gain access to services requiring identity verification.
• Execute traditional contracts.
• Take advantage of escrow services facilitated by smart contracts to safely engage in buying or selling goods and services. In case of disputes, arbitration services are available for resolution.
• Send money and data to Autonomous Agents. These agents' codes operate on the Direct Acyclic Graph (DAG) and are programmed to provide unstoppable services impervious to external interference.
